1. Baju Kurung/Jubah - kitorang pakai baju kurung/jubah/seluar g lecture.ikut keselesaan.tapi majoriti pakai baju kurung n jubah.kalau nk beli jubah kat cni pun ok-lagi murah n lagi banyak pilihan.korang sempat je shopping2 dulu sume..banyak je masa sebelum masuk Uni.

so, the highlight of my week happened when I went to bought some exam provisions (food, of course ;P) with princess. I entered the store recalling that it has been ages since I last visited here. It was a great memory too because last time I chatted up with the seller, antagonising him about smoking (he confessed that he smoke 2 packs per day!) and managed to get his cigarette packs. Bewildered, he asked me what do I want it for. I replied excitedly that I'm going to throw it into the trash, then I quickly left the store. Looking back to him on my way out, I could see that he was laughing and I was relieved. No hard feelings and I managed to throw one weapon of the Jews right to where it belongs.

anyway, this time I walked demurely into the store under princess's watchful eyes. While I was choosing some stuff, the seller suddenly pulled out a cigarette pack from his pocket, gleefully telling me that it is still full even though he bought it yesterday and he has managed to reduce his cigarette consumption "because of what u said last time".

At that moment, I am so touched and thankful to Allah! *grin*
sometimes Allah keep sthe reward of doing good for akhirah
but sometimes He shows us glimpses in this dunya.
Like, sometimes you feel that you couldn't be bothered to speak out~ maybe because everyone's doing it ~maybe because he/she is not going to change anyway ~maybe because I'm not good enough to say anything

But actually it's worth it.

I was so speechless at that time that I only praised him kuwayyis.
Then I realised that I had an opening here.
"Why don't u give the packs to me again?"

"What? No, no..."

"Come on.."

"Next time, I'll give it to you. Next time.."

hurm.blockage.must work my way out of this.must achieve my aim!

"I'll buy the pack from u along with my other stuff. I'll pay one dinar!"
(a cigarette pack costs about 2.5 dinar actually.)

He shooked his head. I handed him the money. He refused to take it.

Then, he unexpectedly throw the cigarette pack in the dustbin next to him.
"Ok?" He asked.

"Tislamu!"

Yeay! Alhamdulillah. Praises to Allah....

p/s: Let's always speak out against those who smoke! Let's always speak out against those who invoke Allah's displeasure! Let's alway scold ourselves when we invoke Allah's displeasure! Let's!

The experience of registering for your subjects in university for a new semester is an emotional and mind-whirling one. Okay, so u might say that I took things a bit too seriously.

But it really does make one's head spins when one have to choose and weigh between
the time (am I going to be sleepy in the morning? is it too hot in the afternoon?),
the subjects (is contemporary problem in arabic or english? am I going to enjoy memorising facts concerning psychology?),
the lecturers (how come I have never heard of him? how many percentage of english does he speaks?),
the class location (I do NoT want to walk to and fro between the medical and engineering building! A smaller class is better for focusing, isn't it?),
and all the other loose ends. (should I leave a gap for karate class? how am I going to fit in tajwid class if my classes finish late? will I have enough time to follow classes in yarmouk university?)

well, I am blessed enough to have some guidance from seniors and endless discussions with friends. Yet at the end, the decision lies in my hands. My schedule was shaped by my priorities and my instincts. Thus, I registered and I commited myself as I prayed fervently to Allah.

Registering for the new semester made me wonder whether I have registered my life?
Whether I have committed myself really to become His servant?
Whether I have scheduled my life to place da'wah above everything else?

Or am I just passing through life, day by day?
